In einem Korridor, in dem Umgebungsdruck und persönliches Kompetenzniveau ausgewogen sind, kann adaptives Verhalten mit positiven Affekten entstehen. Demgegenüber führt eine schlechte Passung (Misfit) zu Unter- bzw. Überforderung mit negativen Emotionen.
Fragestellung: Wie ist das CEPM aus im Licht der Akteur-Netzwerk-Theorie darzustellen? Insbesondere mit blick auf die environmental proactivity Hypothese?
